This camper is in great condition inside and out besides the items noted above. Interior is clean and well maintained. All appliances are in good working condition. There is an outside shower built in to the left side of the camper. The water is electrically pumped and powered by the battery. The top is an easy to crank mechanical lift and is operated from the inside. The 3 Cubic foot fridge is a Dometic brand 3 way (gas, 12 volt and 110 AC) with freezer. Water heater is 6 gallon DSL (no pilot) as well as the furnace it is direct lighting (no pilot) just turn them on. The water heater has a safety which requires the water pump to be on in order to turn it on assuring there is water in the unit. Fresh water capacity is 15 Gallons + 6 Gallons hot water. There is a bi-directional "Create a Breeze" fan in the ceiling vent. You would be hard pressed to get 2 adults in the fold down dinette bed. The over head bed sleeps 2 very comfortably. The soft walls on the unit are also in good condition. We've store the camper inside since we have owned it. We are the second owners. The greatest feature of this camper besides it's comfort in the woods is that it is equipped with Reico Titan remote control electric jacks on all 4 corners. The remote control allows you to operate one jack or all four at the same time making loading and unloading a very simple matter. You can even unload the camper at the camp so you have use of you truck without having to carry the camper while you're out playing. There is also a plug in remote in case your normal remote's battery dies. It takes an A23 battery. I've seen people take over an hour to load a camper. With these jacks you can have the job done in under 15 minutes and never have to run around cranking the jacks individually. Check them out online they cost over $1500 just for the electrical part of the jacks and are an outstanding addition to any pick up camper. The battery is a deep cycle about 2 years old and in good condition. The on board converter is also a battery charger that will work automatically when ever the camper is plugged into house current. There is also a plug on the front of the camper that when plugged into the truck will charge the camper battery while on the road. The buyer can arrange shipping if desired or pick up here in Colorado. The camper can be hauled on any flat bed or pick up truck with some type of tie down system. Camper weight is 1300 and is a dream to haul on any full size pickup. I used a 3/4 ton Dodge and it didn't even lower the rear of the pickup below level. Comes with a working heater, a working stove top with two burners with a light and fan, sink and faucet, ice box, dinette table. Has lots of storage cabinets and a closet. Has 110 volt outlets and 12v lights. The roof has had some small leaks and has had some sealing done. The windows probably need some sealing. The water pump does not work.
